Are you an experienced IT Change Manager looking for a challenging role where you can work on a complex activity in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking highly skilled individuals to join our client as IT Change Manager in Canberra, Adelaide, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Requirement:

• Understand Agile project delivery framework and have experience in managing IT change within an Agile project or Program.
• Experience in a similar role in a complex IT environment operating in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience working with Program Managers and Product Owners translating technical requirements into business processes.
• Capability to develop reports/ dashboards in the Department's systems.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Experience using the Department's preferred change methodology, Prosci.
• Must be Australian Citizen
