FinXL is seeking experienced Content and Communication Advisors to join our client in Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne. You will lead the development and implementation of clear, impactful communication strategies and activity plans that put users first, support organisational priorities, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience applying a user centred design approach to communication strategies and activities.
• A proven track record of delivering communication plans in collaboration with multi disciplinary teams.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content to organisational style guides and simplify complex information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and advise internal and external stakeholders.
• High level skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Hands-on experience managing intranet content using user-centred design principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple communication projects, set priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
