FinXL is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the scoping and analysis work, model target-state business processes, define system requirements, and contribute to various functional and data preparation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis expertise on large, complex government budget and financial system projects.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements to support system design and implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed business process models using contemporary business process modelling tools.
• Collaborate with business areas across a complex corporate environment to identify operational needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with strategic objectives.

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst on large, complex government budget/financial system projects.
• Experience with contemporary business process modelling tools.
• Proven ability to work with business line areas in complex corporate environments.

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with IBM TM1 budgeting and planning solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP Signavio or similar BPM software.
