Our client is undergoing a significant transformation in their HR function, and they need a seasoned Workday Specialist to lead the charge. This individual will be responsible for hands-on implementation of Workday, overseeing both Phase 1 and Phase 2, and providing invaluable guidance to the HR team throughout the process.
- Lead the implementation of Workday into the HR function, ensuring all objectives are met within the designated time frame.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and customise Workday solutions accordingly.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and address any issues that arise.
- Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members, empowering them to leverage Workday effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries and escalations, offering timely assistance and expert advice.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in implementing Workday solutions, with a strong understanding of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 processes.
