FinXL is seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to oversee and drive testing practice in Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane. You will be responsible for defining overall testing strategies, managing resources, and ensuring the effective planning, monitoring, and execution of all testing activities.

As a Test Manager, you will conduct objective assessments of software products, enabling developers and stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will also play a key role in managing external software vendors and ensuring testing aligns with business requirements.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, requiring strong decision-making skills and strategic thinking, with work performed under the general guidance of senior leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Experience managing end-to-end test activities in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including vendor engagement
• Ability to work independently and make high-level decisions
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation
• Australian Citizenship with Baseline security clearance is mandatory.
