Our client, a renowned Not for profit organisation is seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Lead. Reporting directly to the Employee Experience Program Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with senior business stakeholders to support and influence the design, and delivery of a fully integrated enterprise platform for HRIS and Payroll through to the realisation of a targeted suite of strategic benefits and key business outcomes.

Essential

• Highly motivated team player with 5+ years' HRIS technical consulting/analyst experience on successful HRIS/Payroll complex project delivery with 10+ years' experience successfully supporting the delivery of HRIS and Payroll business benefits and outcomes.

• An appropriate qualification or certification relating to the core competency of technical lead with demonstrated experience supporting IT project delivery and experience working with a variety of agile and waterfall delivery methods.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports to executives, solve complex problems, manage vendors, facilitate organisational negotiations and meetings and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

Highly Desirable

• Previous technical experience of Workday/Kronos/Chris21/Aurion/Equifax
• Strong solution architecture capability
• An appropriate third level qualification/certification, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of supporting project delivery within health care or hospitals.
• Experience with or sound knowledge of the not for profit sector.
