We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Technical Consultant to make this permanent role their own!

You will provide hardware and software support to a variety of customers whilst maintaining high levels of customers satisfaction.

You will also be given the flexibility to choose from working in the office or from home, depending on your onsite requirements.

And for those who are interested in mixing it up a little, you'll be given the opportunity to travel interstate on daily trips for installation project work.


Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Provide desktop, server and network support
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting, testing and issue resolution
  • Projects - installs, upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in a similar IT Support role
  • Experience providing face to face IT Support to end-users
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate with senior management and executives
  • Effectively demonstrate your understanding of support best practices, incl. identifying the root cause of issues and going the extra mile when required
  • Strong experience supporting end user devices and applications
  • MS Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Windows Server 2016 and above
  • Office 365 management: SharePoint, OneDrive and File server
  • Azure administration
  • Networking and firewall experience
  • Server management
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
