We have multiple opportunities for technical Business Analysts looking to hit the ground running for an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend.

You'll be working alongside client-side business analysts and solution architects in order to effectively perform as well as oversee analysis and design techniques to solve complex business solutions.

You must have experience understanding/dealing with developers and software engineers in order to have the ability to triage work from existing software that clients are using.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Assessing and validating the suitability of requirements of others and ensuring that analysis standards and practices are met.
  • Analysing and validating business and system solutions and contributing to other written requirement deliverables necessary to increase the business value and/or ensure quality of services and solutions
  • Assure solutions adhere to requirements through the development and testing lifecycle through trusted partnerships with developers, testers and business stakeholders.
  • Workshop facilitation and solution demonstration 'playback'
  • Requirement Traceability and change management

To be considered you must demonstrate the following:

  • Similar experience within the Superannuation and/or Wealth industries
  • Substantial recent experience in complex business system analysis and functional design working across the full project lifecycle on a complex, multi-year programme
  • Highly proficient in functional design documentation and user story development including acceptance criteria
  • Understanding of IT systems, databases and infrastructure including complex system architectures involving the integration of multiple systems (including third parties)
  • Exposure in solution analysis techniques including User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN 2.0, UML Modelling Diagrams, User Interface Design, Domain Modelling, Logical data modelling and Business Rules modelling
