FinXL is recruiting for an experienced Systems Analyst to lead and support a high-performing ICT team within a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation. You will drive strategic operations, guide digital transformation, and collaborate across government and service providers to enhance service delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operational performance, resource planning, and workflow management
• Coach and mentor staff, building capability and driving engagement
• Oversee end-to-end ICT solution development and implementation
• Identify functional gaps and interdependencies in systems
• Manage finances, contracts, procurement, and team contribution to costing
• Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of project milestones
• Contribute to ICT strategy and business planning, influencing policy and decision-making
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and change management
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
• Prepare high-quality technical and corporate documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Data Migration, ETL, and Reporting
• Proficiency as an SAP Technical Analyst
• Experience in large-scale organisations or government environments preferred
