The Role:

Finite is looking to engage a SOA Support Engineer to provide relevant technical expertise to successfully deliver and sustain Enterprise Integration Backbone capability.

The key responsibilities include:

  • To provide relevant technical expertise to successfully deliver and sustain Enterprise Integration Backbone capability.
  • Implementation and sustainment of SOA integration functionality across multiple environments and security domains using IBM WebSphere and Tivoli products as well as other technologies and products.

The successful applicant would be required to have:

  • Good understanding of EAI and SOA principles, patterns and techniques
  • Thorough knowledge of VMware, RHEL and Windows
  • Advanced system and network administration skills
  • Experience with deployment and management of monitoring and security tools including Splunk, Nagios, Dynatrace, IBM Tivoli, Sophos and Symantec
  • Familiarity with services configuration and deployment principles, techniques and tools
  • Advanced problem-solving skills including identifying issues and solving problems in a fast-pacing environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain productive relationships with the customer
