The Role:

Finite is looking to engage a SOA Backbone Specialist is to provide relevant technical expertise to successfully deliver and sustain Enterprise Integration Backbone capability.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Provide relevant technical expertise to successfully deliver and sustain Enterprise Integration Backbone capability
  • Implementation and sustainment of SOA integration functionality across multiple environments and security domains using IBM WebSphere and Tivoli products as well as other technologies and products.

The successful applicant would be required to have:

  • Thorough understanding of EAI and SOA principles, patterns and techniques.
  • Practical experience using IBM WebSphere DataPower, ACE/Message Broker and MQ products.
  • Practical experience using IBM Tivoli suite of products.
  • Practical experience using SOA Web Services technologies including XML, WSDL, XSD, XSLT and SOAP.
  • Understanding of security and identity management principles.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills including identifying issues and solving problems in a fast-pacing environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and maintain productive relationships with the customer.
  • Well-developed writing skills.
