FinXL seeking an experienced ServiceNow Development Manager to lead and guide the dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and the ability to mentor and manage a team to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations. This role requires leadership across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and a deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a development team to deliver results on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead throughout the SDLC, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and integrations, including ITSM, ITOM, and HR, while adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Results Delivery: Manage competing priorities and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • System Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor system health and address issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and influence.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams, delivering quality results using Agile methodology.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, and HR, and integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft development practices, platforms, and technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, Azure DevOps).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.
  • Solid experience in system health monitoring and issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex technical concepts into plain language.
