THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a Service Deliver Manager to join the team. You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the Digital Managed Service Desk. You will pride yourself on ensuring high levels of engagements within the technology ecosystem, implement process improvements, drive internal and third-party service reviews and provide regular reporting.

Key areas you will excel in are;

  • Application & Platform Support
  • Service Strategy
  • Service level management
  • Problem and Major Incident Management.

Key Requirements

  • A strong understanding of Service Management, minimum 3+ year's experience
  • A strong understanding of Application Support and project methodologies
  • Experience with resource management and cost reductions
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of 'best practises' for Service Management
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management.
