This is a newly created role to join the Contact Centre team of a leading bank in Australia. The successful candidate will join a multi-year journey to refresh the contact centre services and be involved in exciting technology transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain portfolio specific service strategy, roadmap, and catalogue offerings
- Define and qualify demand for new Infrastructure services and patterns
- Drive timely resolution of high impact incidents
- Maintain high quality service architecture and service design documentation
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a L3 engineering technical role
- Understanding of enterprise Contact Centre technologies
- Exposure to Avaya Aura stack
- Understanding of open standard IP voice protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP
