This is a newly created role to join the Contact Centre team of a leading bank in Australia. The successful candidate will join a multi-year journey to refresh the contact centre services and be involved in exciting technology transformations.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain portfolio specific service strategy, roadmap, and catalogue offerings
  • Define and qualify demand for new Infrastructure services and patterns
  • Drive timely resolution of high impact incidents
  • Maintain high quality service architecture and service design documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a L3 engineering technical role
  • Understanding of enterprise Contact Centre technologies
  • Exposure to the Verint WFO suite
  • Understanding of open standard IP voice protocols such as SIP, SDP, RTP
