The Client

Our client is a market leading wealth management and investments organisation undergoing a technology refresh programme. They are now seeking a Senior Project Manager with previous experience implementing or upgrading Intranet or knowledge management systems.

The Role

The purpose of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure the delivery a full update of the organisation's Intranet and Intranet Strategy to enable and guide redevelopment of the well-established information and communication capability. This will include a platform migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint online.

Key skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a Project management delivery role
  • Experience delivering Intranet and SharePoint platforms
  • Demonstrated industry experience within finance, wealth management, banking or investments
  • Experience in the application of Prince 2, Agile, Waterfall and/or Incremental project methodologies
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, ability to influence and negotiate at all levels to achieve effective outcomes, in addition to the creation and maintenance of excellent and ongoing working relationships
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and collaborative skills; and the ability to facilitate communication between different functions of the organisation.
  • Experience leading teams of internal and/or external third-party resources
