Our Client

Our client one of the world's leading end to end IT Services Company are looking for a Professional Services Engineer to come on board to support the team delivering solutions in desktop technologies.

The Role

This role is responsible to provide delivery expertise to customers after solutions have been sold. The role will suit senior candidates who have an eye on stepping up to become leads or being key technical consultants to major clients. You must have past experience as either a Senior Technical Engineer, Billable Professional Services Engineer, Technical Team Lead resource within an IT services environment with preference around professional services.

Your positive mindset and collaborative approach along with experience in the following, is essential:

• EUC experience with exposure to Dell, HPE, VMWare and CommVault preferred
• Significant Microsoft experience is required across products such as SCCM, Autopilot, Intune, Teams, Exchange and Active Directory
• Ability to not only implement solutions but to be involved with the design as well
• Proven ability to work under Prince2 and ITIL frameworks and environments
• Exposure working with Networking and Security is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills is preferred
