The Client

Our client is a market leading HR specialized company, based in the Richmond area. This company are renowned for knowing excellent workplace culture, and have recently implemented a transformation of all of their HR/Payroll systems.

They are looking for an experienced Payroll Consultant to run BAU Payroll, as well as assist with the integration of payroll data.

The Role

This will be a permanent role.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensuring delivery of payrolls including data entry, processing, checking, delivery, accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure all payroll processing, related information and records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and statutory requirements
• Manual calculations and reconciliations
• EOM/EOY reporting and payroll activities
• Work with HR coordinators to ensure successful completion of integration
• Auditing and compliance activities

Must have:

• Significant experience in end to end Payroll delivery
• Payroll system experience (Ascender or ichris highly desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Degree in HR/Finance discipline
• Exposure to payroll system implementations/improvements

Remuneration

• $100k + Super for a Senior candidate
