FinXL is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Federal Government client in Canberra. This role requires someone who can lead technical efforts while fostering collaboration across teams.

Essential Criteria:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across all levels and with geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management processes, particularly relating to patch and infrastructure management.
• Deep understanding of cyber security principles, frameworks, and best practices relevant to Australian Government environments.
  
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
• Experience managing Fortinet Security Fabric environments.
• Proven experience with SD-WAN deployments, including features like application steering, performance SLAs, and ADVPN.
