FinXL is recruiting for a dynamic and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our Federal Government client in Canberra. In this role, you will lead and support the management of Microsoft and Cisco Collaboration infrastructure, ensuring seamless communication across internal and partner agency networks.

As a key member of the infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and retirement of physical, virtual, networking, and cloud-based platforms. You'll combine your technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management to support business-critical systems and deliver high-quality digital services.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience supporting Microsoft and Cisco collaboration technologies.
• Expertise in: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams (including Teams Telephony and Meeting Rooms), Cisco Collaboration (Call Manager, Contact Centre, Webex, Cisco Meeting Room Devices), Active Directory, Azure & Azure Active Directory, Intune, AppLocker, Group Policy, SCCM / MECM, Server and Desktop SOE
• Experience in performing upgrades, configuration, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Knowledge of technical security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot, document, and communicate technical issues effectively.
