There is a great buzz across the change team at the moment as there have been some recent hires of exceptionally passionate and highly capable leaders, who have already made a positive impact! This is certainly the best time to join an established and highly visible security uplift program.

We are looking for dynamic organisational change management professionals to design and deliver change plans to support highly visible program, including introduction of new capabilities, and ways of working.

The role will take a broad view of change occurring to design and implement change management interventions to maximise adoption, proactively address resistance and minimise change fatigue. The role will also work to integrate and embed multiple changes associated with the delivery of a large and complex technology transformation program.

To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Experience undertaking similar roles supporting large scale programs, working with senior leaders to drive and embed change associated with transformation, new operating models, and capabilities.
  • Experience in applying 'better practice' approaches to all aspects of change management that are practical and results focussed.
  • Certification or considerable experience, as an expert practitioner of recognised change frameworks, models, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles, frameworks, and methods.
  • Australian Citizenship to obtain a baseline security clearance.

Desirable

  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT capability frameworks
  • Experience working on technology transformations
  • PROSCI certified.
