We have multiple opportunities for Senior Business analysts to support a large programme of work that aim to support the delivery of high-quality corporates services through fit-for-purpose functional operating models.

Your role will be to:

These roles will each be working across a different set of projects which may include cross-functional projects such as service cataloging, detailed process mapping, and a 'quick wins' roadmap, and specific functional improvement projects covering Recruitment, HR Advisory, the HR Service Centre, HR Projects, and HR Reporting & Analytics.

Specific responsibilities may include:

• Mapping service offerings and customer journeys
• Mapping processes and identifying key inefficiencies and risk areas
• Collaborating with a wide range of key stakeholders and specialists to understand perspectives on current and future operations
• Conducting benefits analysis to assist in the prioritisation of improvement activities
• Facilitating workshops and meetings with key stakeholders and specialists
• Compiling high-quality documentation and deliverables
• Developing and actioning detailed implementation plans
• Providing updates on project progress and activities, and escalating key risks and issues as they arise

You will have the following:

• Sound experience in business analysis, project-based, or consultant role
• Experience in process mapping and/or service mapping roles
• Sound understanding of operational HR (preferred) or other service-focused functions
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills
• A highly collaborative style of working with facilitation and influencing skills and the application of a high level of EQ
• A strong, practical, and pragmatic approach to solving future-focused problems
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage with our internal and external stakeholder relationships
• An understanding of and commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
