Role Requirements/Deliverables

  • Collaborate closely with program team members and key stakeholders across the business (field delivery, infrastructure delivery, IT technical teams, employee relations, union delegates, etc)
  • Scheduling and planning/preparing for workshops
  • Seeking and obtaining required information, insight and feedback from relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Program team members to ensure program activities are aligned and integrated
  • Assist in communication of program key messages and status updates
  • Develop program deliverables and governance related artefacts including but not limited to processes; maps/workflows; option analysis and assessments; frameworks/models/matrices; decision papers; Transition and or Implementation Plans.
  • Support development of material for Change Management activities
  • Determine roles and responsibilities for long-term business-as-usual ownership of program outputs, then develop required documentation for transition to BAU teams.
  • Identify and manage risk and issues for the designated work and escalate to the Program Director as required

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to rapidly build rapport with key stakeholders,
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (ability to liaise and consult with key stakeholders, Program team members, Powerlink office and field based employees/leaders),
  • Excellent skills in the ability to develop concise, easy-to-understand documents including but not limited to process maps/work flows, options analysis and assessments, decision papers, frameworks and models.
  • Excellent scheduling and planning skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of certain information and ensure appropriate safeguarding of confidential information
