The Company

Our client is a proud Kiwi owned and operated business. They are an industry leader in the financial services sector and are well-known for helping and protecting Kiwi families and businesses.

The Role

Working on a large acquisition programme, the Senior BA will be responsible for the extraction of multiple data sources into a common data model. The BA will need to identify operational reporting requirements and impacts assessed.

Predominately you will be involved in conducting a full current state assessment, capturing key requirements, and analysing current applications and core technology services. Initiatives include the implementation of a Cloud operating model.

Other key responsibilities of the role include;

  • Requirements gathering through workshops, one on one interview and any other associated activities
  • Systems Analysis
  • Data migration
  • Process mapping
  • Deliverable - feasibility analysis, risk analysis and project plans

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have had experience across multi-disciplinary projects, data migration and transformation work.

Additionally, you will ideally possess experience in:

  • Complex systems integration's
  • Data migration experience within a complex enterprise environment
  • A strong business focus and the ability to articulate needs and requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management with the ability to elicit requirements from senior management
  • Strong and proven ability to elicit, analyse and specify requirements and document correctly
  • Waterfall and Agile methodology experience
