Finite is looking to engage a Senior Business Analyst.
The key responsibilities include:
Working with SMEs/technical areas from across Government, develop the Value Statements into a detailed set of Requirements for the GovERP ITSM Solution. This will also include facilitating and documenting of outcomes from workshop;
Delivering BA services within a complex multi-disciplinary program environment with a focus on IT Service Management;
Documenting and performing test scenarios (as required)
Documenting configuration documentation (as required)
Coordinating and managing system change releases (as required) and
Assisting with gathering and collating requirements to assist with the following
complementary GovERP capabilities:
Travel and Expense Management
The successful applicant would be required to have:
Specialist business analysis skills with experience categorising, describing and documenting business requirements and functional requirements;
Experience categorising, describing and documenting business and functional requirements, and traceability matrix (i.e. demonstrate hierarchy of needs statement through to priority of functional requirements);
Strong collaboration and workshop facilitation skills, including the ability to present insights;
Stakeholder management skills, and ability to work with stakeholder to support the validation of deliverables and outcomes;
Ability to understand a High Level Design (HLD) and how potential products that support capabilities integrate with core system requirements/capabilities;
Experience in facilitation of requirement workshops with SMEs from across multiple government agencies;
Support SaaS implementation teams as the requirements specialist across GovERP capabilities;
Sound knowledge of ERP technology and the relationship between systems and processes;
An awareness of emerging technology and methods and a breadth of expertise to identify opportunities for efficiency in line with the whole of government Shared Services Program;
Strong business process design experience;
Analytical thinking with an ability to problem solve through researching issues and providing solutions experience in corporate services within a government department;
Understanding of Shared Services in a whole of government context;
Support the GovERP core technical teams, from a requirements / business analyst perspective; and
At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analysis.
