The Role

As a Senior Analyst - Business Performance, you will be:

• Playing a key role in delivering insights and making recommendations from bank-wide data
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities across data from the customer journey and product portfolio
• Building and maintaining dashboard and reports essential to decision-making
• Continuously developing knowledge and proficiency on novel and modern technologies and DataOps practices

Key Requirements

• SAS and/or SQL expert (about 3 years' experience)
• Enjoy building dashboards and reports on Power BI (or Tableau)
• Enjoy the process of delivering great reporting insights from complex data
• Analytical with a curious mind - seeks out information and enjoys communicating data discoveries
• Preferably with experience engaging stakeholders in understanding business requirements, delivery and implementation of data products
• Preferably with working knowledge of banking products and metrics e.g. consumer transaction accounts, savings, debit cards and term investments
