Our sister company, FinXL is seeking a passionate Senior Account Manager in Canberra. You will be responsible for identifying new IT service engagements, projects, consulting opportunities and you will also help grow our lines of business locally across our large public sector and enterprise clients.
In this strategic solution sales role, you will be responsible for developing, leveraging and driving our current services, ensuring the business is identifying and converting high value services engagements from our existing national portfolios as well as opening new name clients
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Maintaining strong positive relationships with customers, sales and delivery teams, with a particular focus on strategic accounts.
Lead and directly contribute to pre-sales solutions to grow sales and assure future delivery success.
Manage and contribute to contract negotiations
Lead the delivery team, providing technical and people leadership with an emphasis on problem solving and supporting/integrating staff on customer site.
Manage the implementation of delivery processes and procedures.
Control cost and achieve budget to actualise profit expectations. This includes determining ways to reduce cost without sacrificing customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
Manage delivery resource utilisation, including increases, decreases and change as required.
Manage service metrics, including tracking and reporting.
Manage customer satisfaction feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
