Skills / Training

Work type: Delivery of automation for our Bank portfolio
Key skills / accountabilities:

• Leading agile ceremonies and agile coaching
• Flight & sprint planning for 2 squads and managing cross-team dependencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good people and stakeholder management skills. Will be working with and presenting to senior stakeholders as part of understanding product owner goals, escalating blockers and facilitating showcases
