FinXL is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Specialist to support and enhance our client SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Platform. This role plays a key part in maintaining critical HR systems and delivering business improvements in a multi-client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP HCM solutions across a complex SAP landscape
• Analyse business requirements and provide expert functional advice
• Resolve HCM-related incidents and manage helpdesk tickets
• Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge within the HCM team
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including Statements of Work
• Ensure system changes are well-documented and aligned with business needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP HCM
• Expertise in ECC6.0 HCM, especially Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management
• Strong understanding of HCM master data, tables, and reporting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-client shared services environment
