We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a number of projects and procurements within a highly visible program for an initial 6 month contract with extensions.

**Please note you must be an Australian Citizen in order to obtain clearances.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Defining projects, standard work breakdown structures and work packages
  • Recording and reporting of ONSM risks and managing escalation points.
  • Ensuring effective project is maintained, manage project schedule and associated reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Lead procurement activities to support network managers including gathering requirements and guidance from stakeholders, registering procurements, drafting procurement documentation etc.
  • Procure, oversee, and manage the use of service providers (delivery partners) to ensure quality and timely delivery.


To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in management and delivery of technology initiatives across a broad range of business process and technology domains.
  • Experience managing concurrent projects.
  • Delivery focused project leadership experience with demonstrated quality outcomes achieved and requirements met within budget, scope, and timeframes.
  • Preparing general and project procurement contracting documentation such as Statements of Work, Request for Quotes and Purchase Orders.
  • Undertaking appropriate evaluation and procurement of suppliers, equipment, services and resources in line with all relevant organisational policies
