FinXL is recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise technology project in Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive team performance, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide leadership in managing project deliverables, milestones, and quality assurance.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT project lifecycles and implementation methodologies.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
