As Project coordinator your role will be to ensure a smooth project delivery by producing regular reports, taking minutes, and keeping on top of implementation progress on some targeted aspects of the work provide support to the senior team when necessary. Recent hands-on and proven experience as a project coordinator within various organisations providing high-level coordination is necessary. Candidates with strong financial background are required as well, our client is a large-scale organisation and requires the financial expertise you will bring in their projects!

Successful applicants will have…

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Coordinator
  • High-level Microsoft Office capability
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Budgeting and scheduling knowledge
  • Have previously coordinated governance and steering committee minutes
