We have an outstanding opportunity for a Project Coordinator with background in telecommunications industry to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meeting agenda, actions and minutes
  • Prepare presentation packs
  • Produce reports from MS-Project
  • Support Project Managers / Team members
  • Monitor all milestones
  • Manage contracts and report this back to team members
  • Work and manage multiple contracting priorities

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong project coordination/Support experience and the passion to unleash your potential in the project space
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, managing client's front of house customer and agents with site related queries.
  • Strong experience using MS project and similar project tools
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills
  • Strong level MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines and time-frames
  • You will have a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent presentation skills
