They are looking for a collaborative and experienced programme coordinator for a 1 year contract, to support the Programme Board / Steering Group, Programme Manager, and day-to-day operation of the programme.

Your new role

  • Assist with planning and coordination of the programme and its activities
  • Monitor implementation activities
  • Support PMO with keeping programme activities on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate programme communications
  • Support management of resources, workloads, and tasks
  • Oversee programme budget, including tracking billing, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Coordinate interactions/ engagement between programme resources and other stakeholders
  • Schedule and organise programme meetings and events
  • Oversee the use of technology for programme operations, e.g., video conferencing technology, presentation software and other programme/ project management technology
  • Create and maintain programme records, reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Manage communications platforms including programme inboxes and intranet pages
  • Drive the delivery of consistent programme reporting across the projects and workstreams.
