We are looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator to work on an exciting new opportunity! The role will be responsible for the coordination of a large-scale programme of work, as well as the ability to support multiple project managers providing high-level coordination. The ongoing role will sit across the three projects and also support me with the usual programme management activities, diary management, minute taking at governance meetings and meeting/workshop setup across the projects.

To be considered you will need…

  • Must be senior - at least 7 years experience
  • Must be autonomous and have the ability to manage slices of the project delivery
  • Proficient in financials, risk management and status reporting, etc.
  • Highly organised and a good communicator
  • Would be good if they have has experience in agile delivery
  • Would be good if they had procurement experience - mostly related to the contracting market, but possibly RFIs & RFPs
