ABOUT THE ROLE

Sat within the digital team, the Product Analyst is responsible for representing the business unit and being an advocate of all things digital. Our client is currently going through a large technical transformation and transitioning from a waterfall model towards agile best practices.

The Product Analyst is responsible for process mapping, document management and requirement gatherings across digital transformations, CX and customer service improvements.

Additional responsibilities of the role include;

  • Define the vision, road-maps and priorities for the business owner and sponsor
  • Analyse pain points of business users
  • Represent and contextualise technical aspects of the product
  • Be actively involved in stand-ups, making sure that delivery remains viable while providing the best experience for our customers.
  • Working in the delivery of technology-based projects or services

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Experience driving cross-team initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Always puts the customer first, seeking to validate your assumptions against real customer feedback and data.
