About the Role

The Onboarding Business Analyst will be required to work specifically with clients to onboard them onto a Service Management Platform called One Touch Control (OTC). This will involve gathering both the business and technical requirements specified in the client's contract and working with the various stakeholders to implement the said solution or customisations.


  • Extract the contractual deliverables as it relates to OTC such as - SLAs, Penalties, and Reporting
  • Implement the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework for the client as it relates to our contractual obligations - Processes and Reporting, Setting up governance frameworks?
  • Gather client-specific requirements for on-boarding sites and CMDB records into OTC
  • Drive importing of relevant OTC data to the agreed standards
  • Drive billing activities to a billing event
  • Provide quality control for all things OTC, standards, documentation for the client
  • Bring together as required, the relevant parts of the business to on-board the customer


  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in a client-focused environment.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of management control and reporting systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication including communicating in pressured situations to manage scope and expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability in proactively building relationships with key stakeholders/customers, peers, and colleagues.
  • Understanding of the main telecommunications carrier and integrator technologies/products.
  • Sound understanding of sales methodologies and support processes.
  • Strong level of commercial acumen.
  • Formal tertiary qualifications in IT, Engineering or Telecommunications or equivalent knowledge.
  • 5+ years experience in relevant roles
