About the Organisation

A leading Australian Technology Services Company, supporting mid-market and enterprise organisations across APAC, specialising in Managed Services, Network, Cloud Services and Cyber.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing first-line investigation and diagnosis via phone, email and ticketing system.
  • Greeting the customer with care and empathy, speaking clearly and confidently.
  • Logging all incident/service request details with attention to detail.
  • Resolving incidents and performing service requests where time permits.
  • Escalating incidents/services requests to Level 2 engineers.
  • Informing users about the progress of their tickets.
  • Closing all resolved incidents, requests and other calls.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in supporting all Microsoft desktop operating systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Good knowledge and experience working in an ITIL environment
  • 6 months of experience providing 1st level desktop support (including remotely).
  • Experience in a Managed Services company or supporting external customers is highly regarded.
