You will be providing technical assistance and coordinating cross-team activities in order to ensure that deployment or sustain activities related to Platform and Devices are done according to IT policies and standards

Responsibilities:

  • Test, Implement and maintain standard workstation builds (SOE), Hotfix for Office & LMS
  • Perform Market Application Testing and validation of security hotfixes.
  • Coordinate Client upgrade projects within the market for major releases
  • RF Device Implementation and Sustain within the Market Factory locations
  • Writing 'ad-hoc' scripts for support / maintenance of end user devices where required.
  • Design, Implement and Configure - Windows Server Platform (W2003, W2008, W2012, Window2016, VMware, Hyper V), Active Directory, LDAP, Office 365 Platform, SCCM platform, Exchange Services, Antivirus.
  • Perform and coordinate delivery of L2/L3 support for all IT services to allocated markets.
  • Ensure both Management and progression of all items and Instances related to ISMS & Risk management, SCI KPIs including FAS/LMS are addressed, handled and closed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a large global organisation.
  • Good technical skills covering:
    • Windows Servers OS, Microsoft Cluster/HP Blades, VMWare, Hyper V, Citrix
    • SCCM, Active Directory, Meta Directory Services, Exchange, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam
    • Office365 applications and Scripting (Power Shell, VB Script, ASP, etc)
    • Project management knowledge
