You will be providing great customer service and support across the service desk, Onsite and in Project Teams.

About You

Essential skills

  • Microsoft 365 including Tenancy Administration, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online
  • Excellent Communications and Documentation Skills
  • 3+ years Windows Server Experience (MCSA an advantage)
  • 5+ years Desktop Support Experience

Nice to have

  • Microsoft 365 Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Endpoint Manager, Office 365 Security & Compliance
  • Routing, Switching, Firewalls and Security Technologies
  • VMWare vSphere
