The Role:

Based in North Sydney, your daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Delivering an exceptional level of customer service on all enquires
  • Ensuring you go above and beyond with every interaction with the customer, always provided exceptional experiences
  • Being the customers first point of contact and continuing to provide service at every touch point
  • General ad hoc
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Answering all phone and email enquiries

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess the following;

  • 1 + years of Insruance claims experience or Inbound call centre experience is desired
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A high level of organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Must be resilient, motivated and energetic
