This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior HR Consultant to make this role their own!

Working closely within a small Australian-based HR team you will also be required to build strong working relationships with the international HR team counterparts based in the UK and US.

You will be working in a supportive environment that will encourage you to share and implement initiatives within your passion area!

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely with the business to provide the business with meaningful HR reporting and measurement information.
  • Responsible for building effective, credible and professional relationships with senior leaders and teams
  • Lead employee engagement activities and cultural programs.
  • Implement and evaluate effective and efficient HR policies and practices and ensure they are adhered to and maintained.
  • Influence leadership to encourage attitudes and behaviours that deliver the business goals and encourage the organisation's values.

To be considered, you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a broad generalist HR role partnering with senior leaders.
  • Capacity to understand and interpret the organisation's strategy, performance goals and drivers and to build effective HR solutions that support this strategy.
  • Ability to manage employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Experience Leading Employee Engagement programs including survey.
  • Practical experience in principles and procedures for recruitment, selection, training, on-boarding, remuneration and benefits, employee relations and HR information systems.
