Key drivers:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the Wellington 920Finite business

  • Actively participate in our Australasian Thought Leadership team

  • Develop strategies to enable new business opportunities

  • Maximise existing client and business opportunities to their full potential

  • Keep our team focused on delivering the best outcomes

  • Coach and mentor junior consultants

  • Further build headcount to complement our team of proven Sales and Delivery professionals

Success measures:

  • At least 2 + years’ experience working in a recruitment leadership role (preferably in the IT space)

  • You encourage new ideas and creative thinking along with constructive, thoughtful feedback

  • You deliver on your commitments and exceed expectations

  • You are driven to achieve the highest standards through great planning, commitment and execution

  • You are passionate about creating a team culture

  • You focus on maximising market share and have an entrepreneurial, professional approach and a commitment to self-development
