We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level support to the senior manager and their team.

This is a great opportunity for an EA/PA who enjoys working with the executives and also collaborating with the greater team.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Analyse and filter information, queries and requests for information so that the Senior Manager can focus on key business priorities and issues.
  • Assist the Senior Manager with meeting preparation including preparing presentations and reports, including reviewing papers to highlight key aspects for attention.
  • Analyse reports and assist with compiling reporting data as requested by the Senior Manager, such as work on business plans and monitoring of budget.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with the Senior Manager, or deputise as appropriate, and follow through on implementing outcomes and agreed actions.
  • Arrange travel plans and book travel on an ad hoc basis for the Senior Manager and their team where required.
  • Project manage and coordinate key work streams in line with the priorities of the Line of Business, including the strategic development of the global Group.

To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Proficient in MS Office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Strong problem solver and self-starter who anticipates potential problematic areas, identifies and provides realistic solutions to avert or resolve potential pitfalls.
  • Is resourceful and can prioritise multiple tasks. An initiator who is proactive in their approach rather than waits for instructions.
  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with attention to detail is flexible and able to multitask effectively with the ability to show tact, diplomacy and understanding.
  • Proficient in Process Management. Able to propose improvements in systems and procedures.
