Our Client

Our client is within the superannuation space. Due to business requirements, they are seeking a skilled mid-level to senior EUC Engineer with a strong background in ServiceNow and ITIL experience in enterprise environments.

This role is a 6 month contract (+ potential extension), hybrid flexibility 3 days in office at a Melbourne CBD location.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design, implement, and support End User Computing solutions.
  • Utilise your expertise in ServiceNow to streamline service delivery processes and enhance user experience.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Implement ITIL best practices to optimise service management workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

What you'll need:

  • Extensive experience working with ServiceNow, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
  • Strong background in enterprise IT environments, with a deep understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure components.
  • Proficiency in ITIL framework, with hands-on experience in implementing ITIL processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT solutions and support services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ITIL Foundation Certification would be highly desirable.
