Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect looking to make a real impact across large-scale, strategic initiatives? FinXL is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead and guide architecture efforts across technical, business, application, and solution domains. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping current and future state architectures, ensuring the alignment of ICT systems with business goals, and promoting best practices throughout the organisation.

Key Skills & Experience (include but not limited to):

• Lead and specialise in one or more Enterprise Architecture domains
• Develop and maintain reference architectures, high-level designs, policies, principles, patterns, and guardrails
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to shape current and future state architectures, strategies, and roadmaps
• Provide expert, risk-based advice on complex architecture design to executives and delivery teams
• Analyse business goals and drivers to define the future state and ensure alignment with enterprise capabilities
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing through leadership and engagement in architectural communities
• Present architecture proposals, roadmaps, and content to governance forums and executive showcases
• Identify duplication, alignment opportunities, and reusable functions across departmental initiatives
• Support funding proposals through evidence-based costing and investment roadmaps
• Assist the Chief Enterprise Architect in maturing enterprise architecture practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical, Application, Solution, or Business Architecture domains.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to align system designs with business goals, policies, and cybersecurity standards.
• Demonstrated experience in solution design, analysis, and securing governance approval.
• Skilled in developing architectural artefacts, including roadmaps, diagrams, and reference models.
