About the role

Provide service support to Platinum, Growth, and Value clients across the customer lifecycle to one of Big 4 banks. You will be supporting broad range of commercial, corporate, institutional and government customers. You will be providing support to customers via emails mostly and over the phone occasionally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for service delivery and support for assigned industry portfolio, ensuring oversight of all services and enquiries being resolved on behalf of that customer.
  • Acts as the client's primary point of contact for transactional (e.g., not resolved by front-line service teams) service and support needs in relation to established products.
  • Responds to all assigned client enquiries within defined service standards, resolving matters competently, ethically, and commercially.
  • Supports other clients (outside your portfolio) as required to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements and experience:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (ideally financial services).
  • Proven ability managing institutional clients and have a deep knowledge of their servicing needs in one or more of the following: payments, financial markets, or transactional products
  • Develops an understanding of key clients in portfolio and industry sector to ensure superior service is provided.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
