Overview:

The role requires to work under limited direction on a wide range of matters, which involve areas of law, procurement and finance which require an enabling approach of sound judgement, pragmatism and astute risk management.

Duties include:

  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Provide high quality advice and support for negotiations, drafting and ongoing management of client contracts.
  • Monitoring contracts and managing extension or renewal of contracts and contract close-out
  • Problem-solving contract-related issues
  • Provision of high-level advice, support and review in relation to contract management activities ranging from simple to complex contracts
  • Risk assessment and issue management.
