About the role:

An incredible Entry-Level role of managing claims of Motor vehicle warranties. This is a diverse role that will propel you into the world of Motor Vehicles Claims Management to start your career.

Skills:

As a Claims Consultant, your daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Assessing the Mechanical fault and determining what cause of action to take.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone.
  • Handling high demand of inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, senior team members and directing any claims requiring escalation.
  • Resolve complaints and process disputes in accordance with company guidelines.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years in a customer service-based role
  • Previous Mechanic background or a keen interest and understanding of motor vehicles and/or car parts.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Must be resilient, motivated and energetic.
