We are seeking an organisational change manager to support the establishment and uplift of capabilities, associated with a significant technology transformation underway.

This role is responsible for planning, providing strategic advice and hands-on change management support for multiple projects delivered within the the workstream.

Working closely with business leaders, you will develop and deliver change management plans to grow capabilities that will be required for future ways of working.

To be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

  • Successful track record of undertaking a similar organisational change role associated with implementing new or changed operating models, establishing new capabilities, functions and roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working within large complex technology programs.
  • Experience in applying 'better practice' approaches to all aspects of change management that are practical and results focussed.
  • Certification or several years' experience, as an expert practitioner of recognised change frameworks, models and techniques.

Desirable

  • PROSCI certified
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technology operations & capability frameworks.
  • Experience in organisational design and development.
